Privacy

We collect: (a) account details you give us (name, email, phone, role, organisation); (b) production data you upload (projects, call sheets, scenes, cast and crew rosters, schedules, attendance and payment records, messages, and uploaded files); and (c) basic device and usage telemetry (such as login events, app version, crash reports, and feature usage) needed to deliver, secure, and improve the service.

We use your data only to power CallTym features: signing you in, running your projects, generating and delivering call sheets, sending notifications via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and push, recording attendance and payments, securing the platform, and providing customer support. We do not sell your data, do not use it to train third-party AI models, and do not use it for advertising. In short — your data will not be used for any purpose outside of the CallTym app flows you use.

Your production data is visible to members of your production house according to the role they are assigned. We share data with sub-processors strictly to operate the service (for example cloud hosting, SMS and email delivery, payment processing, and AI call-sheet parsing), under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We will disclose data to authorities only when required by law, and we will try to notify you where we are legally allowed to do so.

We keep production data for as long as your production house keeps an active account, plus a short period needed for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You can request access, export, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your production administrator or by writing to support@calltym.com.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit, role-based access controls inside the app, audit logging on sensitive actions, and routine backups. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your account password safe, enable two-step verification where available, and report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.

CallTym is built for production professionals and is not intended for use by children under 16. If a minor appears on a call sheet, the responsible production house must obtain the necessary consents from a parent or legal guardian.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of CallTym after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
