Terms of use

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Production houses are responsible for the actions of users they invite. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.

Use CallTym only for lawful production-coordination purposes. You agree not to upload content you don't have rights to, attempt to access other accounts, reverse engineer or copy the Service, send spam or unlawful messages, scrape the Service, or interfere with its operation, security, or availability.

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to CallTym ('Your Content'). You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate CallTym for you. You are responsible for obtaining any consents needed from the cast, crew, and other people whose information you upload, including for messaging and notifications.

Production houses purchase call-sheet bundles that grant credits. Credits are consumed only when a call sheet is published — drafts and imports do not consume credits. Prices and bundles are listed on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Payment is processed by our payment partner; you authorise them to charge the payment method you provide. Unless required by law, fees paid are non-refundable.

CallTym uses AI to assist with tasks such as call-sheet extraction. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or acting on it. CallTym does not guarantee any specific AI result.

CallTym, including its branding, software, and documentation, is owned by FutureEra LLC and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Service as provided.

The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example SMS and WhatsApp delivery, email delivery, AI parsing, Google sign-in, and payment processing). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will always be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureEra LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify CallTym from any third-party claim arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as content ownership, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity — will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless your local law requires otherwise.
